Friends and Family Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Ferry Send handles the personal data of recipients — the friends and family you send airtime, data, bills, or gifts to. They may not be account holders themselves.

When you send to someone, we receive the details needed to deliver the value — typically a phone number, meter or account number, and sometimes a name or email for the receipt.

We use a recipient’s details only to deliver the requested transaction and to confirm delivery. We do not market to recipients or sell their data.

Recipient details are kept only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve any disputes.

A recipient can ask what data we hold about them, or request its deletion, by emailing support@useferrysend.com.
